Opportunity for 3 CEUs!

Presented by Suzanne Deliscar for eCPD webinars

During this 3 part online workshop, participants will learn common English translations for a variety of Spanish legal terms, enabling them to complete a comprehensive glossary. The workshop will be interactive, including tests and polls throughout to encourage participant engagement. Finally, all participants will be provided with the opportunity to complete a Spanish>English legal translation sample, which will then be marked offline by the instructor, Suzanne Deliscar, a Canadian lawyer-linguist. Please note that the terminology discussed in this course would be terms used in the North American context.

Next course starts on: 10 April 2013 at noon EDT (5 pm British summer time). There will be 3 sessions at one week intervals (10 April, 17 April and 24 April) at the same time each week.

Duration: 3 hours – 1 hour per each of the following sessions:

  1. Spanish-English Corporate/Commercial Law Terminology
  2. Spanish-English Intellectual Property Law Terminology
  3. Spanish-English Civil Litigation Terminology
